Samarbets- och utbildningsprogrammet stöder nätverksbildning
Välfärdspolitiken förändras till följd av att det internationella samarbetet utvidgas. En annan orsak är den livliga flyttrörelsen inom landet. Framtiden för med sig såväl möjligheter som risker. Framtidens stora utmaningar är den åldrande befolkningen och tillgången på arbetskraft. Utvecklingen inom informationsteknologin betyder förutom nya utmaningar också nya möjligheter.
Social- och hälsovårdsministeriet vill få till stånd en debatt om välfärdspolitikens framtid. Ministeriet ordnar nu för fjärde gången samarbets- och utbildningsprogrammet för ett bättre Finland, Hyvä Suomi 2020. I programmet deltar beslutsfattare och andra inflytelserika personer från samhällets olika sektorer. Syftet med programmet är att öka samarbetet såväl mellan olika aktörer som över sektorgränserna samt att klarlägga målen för välfärdspolitiken.
Programmet består av två delar. Den första delen ordnas den 24-26 januari i Ständerhuset i Helsingfors. Temat för den första delen är internationaliseringens inverkan på välfärdssektorn. Programmet öppnades måndagen den 24 januari av social- och hälsovårdsminister Sinikka Mönkäre. EU:s kommissionär för arbetsmarknadsfrågor och sociala frågor Vladimir Spidla behandlade i sitt anförande EU:s utveckling samt globaliseringens inverkan på den nationella politiken.
Programmets andra del ordnas den 28 februari-3 mars i Vanajanlinna i Tavastehus. Temat är då ledarskapet i välfärdssamhället.
I år arrangerar social- och hälsovårdsministeriet utbildnings- och samarbetsprogrammet tillsammans med Folkpensionsanstalten, Pensionsskyddscentralen, Penningautomatföreningen och Alko Ab.
