The Good Work Programme will be launched to ensure the sufficiency and availability of personnel in the health, social services and rescue services sectors.

Enligt förslaget ska lagen innehålla bestämmelser om Genomcentret och dess uppgifter. Genomcentret ska vara en expertmyndighet i frågor som gäller hälsorelaterade genetiska analyser och behandling av genetisk information. Syftet med den föreslagna lagen är att stödja en ansvarsfull och jämlik användning av genetisk information för att främja hälsa.
