Ny dokumentärserie beskriver det finländska arbetslivets mångsidighet
På kanalen Yle TV1 börjar den 15 april en ny dokumentärserie om personer i arbetsför ålder som har förlängt sin tid i arbetslivet från början, mitten eller slutet av det. Serien behandlar olika teman kring ett hållbart arbetsliv och har genomförts i samarbete med social- och hälsovårdsministeriet.
När det råder brist på arbetskraft och befolkningen i arbetsför ålder minskar blir vi tvungna att fundera ut olika sätt att förlänga tiden i arbetslivet. Att vara med i arbetslivet är också en faktor som ökar individens välbefinnande och känsla av delaktighet. Lösningar såväl på arbetsplatserna, hos arbetstagarna själva och i servicesystemet kan bidra till hur länge människor jobbar. Den nya dokumentärserien i tio avsnitt be-skriver med hjälp av personporträtt det finländska arbetslivets mångsidighet och vilka faktorer som attra-herar människor till arbetslivet och får dem att stanna kvar i arbetslivet.
Genomgripande teman i serien är betydelsen av anpassning av och flexibilitet i arbetet, arbetets rehabili-terande effekt, betydelsen av servicesystemet och samarbetet med företagshälsovården, kontinuerligt lärande samt arbetsmiljöns och kollegornas betydelse.
Serien Fortsättare i arbetslivet har producerats av Cultfiction Oy på beställning av Rundradion. Serien, som behandlar ett hållbart arbetsliv utifrån olika teman, har producerats enligt journalistiska kriterier och finansierats av social- och hälsovårdsministeriet och Rundradion.
Serien sänds på Yle TV1 och på Yle Arenan från och med den 15 april.
