Reaching this goal, recorded in the Tobacco Act, requires that the future governments monitor and assess tobacco policy and develop new measures.

In accordance with a decision of the European Commission, the prohibitions against sale and import of smoke-free tobacco products are restricted to apply to chewing tobacco, nasal tobacco and tobacco for oral use. 8.12.2016 | On 8 December, the Government issued a decree on the information housing corporations must provide in the applications regarding smoking bans inside individual apartments or on the balconies of individual apartments. Housing corporations are e.g. limited liability housing companies and rental buildings.
