27.11.2023 | På EU-ländernas möte för ministrarna med ansvar för sysselsättning och socialservice i Bryssel den 27 och 28 behandlas bland annat det europeiska funktionshinderkortet. Utöver det ska de också diskutera gröna avtal på arbetsplatser, EU:s handlingsplan mot rasism samt social investering.  Finlands representant vid mötet är social- och hälsovårdsminister Kaisa Juuso.

27.11.2023 | The EU employment and social affairs ministers will meet in Brussels on 27–28 November to discuss, among other things, the European disability card. Other topics on the agenda include green collective bargaining, the EU action plan against racism, and social investment. Keskustelua käydään myös vihreästä sopimisesta työpaikoilla, EU:n rasismin vastaisesta toimintasuunnitelmasta sekä sosiaalisista investoinneista. Suomea edustaa sosiaali- ja terveysministeri Kaisa Juuso. 

28.1.2020 | Oikeusvaltion kehittämisen ja sisäisen turvallisuuden ministerityöryhmä päätti käynnistää naisiin kohdistuvan väkivallan torjuntaohjelman valmistelun. Ohjelman tavoitteena on lisätä kansalaisten ja viranomaisten tietoisuutta naisiin kohdistuvasta väkivallasta ja varmistaa, että väkivallan uhrit pääsevät palvelujen piiriin nykyistä paremmin.

20.12.2022 | Low-income households will be compensated for the sharp rise in the heating prices by raising the amount of the expenditure norm of the heating category for the general housing allowance and the expenditure norm of the maintenance category for single-family houses by 57 per cent in 2023. A corresponding increase will also be made to the amount of the housing allowance for pensioners.

7.1.2022 | The amount of reimbursement will be raised from the current EUR 10 to EUR 16. The temporary provision will enter into force on 10 January 2022 and it will remain in force until 30 June 2022.
