17.2.2016 | The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health continues its work to reform legislation on disability. The Disability Services Act and the Act on Special Care for People with Intellectual Disabilities will be integrated into a single act. This act would include a provision setting a maximum age limit of 75 years for special services provided for persons with disabilities.
