Covid-19/ Vuoden 2021 loppuun saakka voimassa olevia tartuntatautilain covid-19-epidemiaan liittyvien väliaikaisten säännösten voimassaoloa jatkettaisiin 30.4.2022 saakka. Laki tulisi voimaan 1.1.2022.

Project status

Goals and results

Tavoitteena on suojata perustuslaillista oikeutta terveyteen ja elämään ehkäisemällä covid-19-tartuntoja, edistämällä väestön terveyttä sekä turvaamalla jokaiselle oikeus terveelliseen ympäristöön. Samalla esityksen tavoitteena on mahdollistaa palvelujen terveysturvallinen käyttö ja siten edistää elinkeinovapautta ja sivistyksellisiä oikeuksia. Esitys toteuttaa myös perustuslaillisen oikeuden jokaiselle riittäviin sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluihin.
