The provisions on the production, import, sale, marketing and use of alcoholic beverages have been compiled in the Alcohol Act that entered into force in 2018.
The Alcohol Act is complemented by the Government Decree on the Implementation of the Alcohol Act and the Decree of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on the Enforcement of the Alcohol Act.
