Appealing income security decisions
The MSAH does not handle appeals, objections or complaints, but it does oversee the activities of various appeals boards and ensures that residents' rights are upheld in appeals processes.
Income security-related decisions are always given in writing. Decisions explain how and where to appeal. If clients are dissatisfied with the decision they receive concerning an allowance or benefit, they can appeal the decision.
