Terveydenhuoltolakia muutetaan siten, että Vaasan keskussairaalan tulee ylläpitää laajaa ympärivuorokautista yhteispäivystystä.
Etelä-Pohjanmaan sairaanhoitopiirin velvoite antaa päivystyspalvelua myös ruotsiksi poistetaan tarpeettomana.
