Special Advisers to Minister of Social Affairs and Health Kaisa Juuso appointed
Minister of Social Affairs and Health Kaisa Juuso has invited Nuutti Hyttinen and Hannu Peurasaari to serve as her Special Advisers.
Nuutti Hyttinen will transfer to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health from the Finns Party Parliamentary Group, where he has worked as an expert in health and social policy. Prior to the Parliamentary Group, he worked in the private sector, for example, as a project manager and consultant. Hyttinen holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki and a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics. He is also a member of Helsinki City Council and chairs the Audit Committee of the City of Helsinki.
Hyttinen is responsible for matters covered by the Department for Steering of Healthcare and Social Welfare and the Department for Clients and Services in Healthcare and Social Welfare and for matters related to EU and international affairs, communications and budget affairs.
Hannu Peurasaari has previously worked as parliamentary assistant to Member of Parliament Kaisa Juuso. He has studied administrative sciences and economics at the University of Tampere. He is a member of the County Council of the Lapland Wellbeing Services County and a member of Kemi City Council and Kemi City Executive. In addition, he chairs the Finns Party Council Group at Kemi City Council. He is also a member of the Assembly of the Regional Council of Lapland.
Peurasaari is responsible for matters covered by the Department for Communities and Functional Capacity and for monitoring the implementation of the Government Programme.
