20.11.2017 | Työpaikoilla halutaan tukea mielenterveysongelmia kohdanneiden työntekijöiden työkykyä. Työyhteisöjä tulee valmentaa ottamaan vastaan mielenterveysongelmien vuoksi poissa ollut työkaveri. Lisäksi töitä pitää sopeuttaa mielenterveyskuntoutujan tilanteen mukaan. Näin toteaa selvä enemmistö Mielenterveysbarometrin vastaajista.https://stm.fi/-/mielenterveysbarometri-tyoura-voi-jatkua-mielenterveysongelmista-huolimatta
