I propositionen föreslås ändringar av behovsprövningen av allmänt stöd vad gäller partiell förtida ålders-pension. Enligt förslaget ska ändringen gälla ikraftträdandefasen för lagen om allmänt stöd (48/2026). Avsikten är att revidera lagen om olycksfalls- och pensionsskydd för idrottsutövare (276/2009) i fråga om ordnandet av ålderdomsskydd.
