    9.7.2026 | Regeringen föreslår ändringar i jämställdhetslagen för att EU:s lönetransparensdirektiv ska kunna sättas i kraft nationellt. Enligt propositionen ska arbetstagare ha rätt att få information om den genomsnittliga lönenivån för en arbetstagarkategori som utför lika eller likvärdigt arbete. De föreslagna ändringarna avses träda i kraft den 1 januari 2027.
