  2. EU-förordningen om delning och hantering av hälsodata medför ändringar i den nationella lagstiftningen - Social- och hälsovårdsministeriet

    1.10.2026 | Regeringen har lämnat två propositioner till riksdagen om det nationella genomförandet av EU:s EHDS-förordning som förbättrar medborgarnas möjligheter att hantera sina hälsouppgifter och yrkesfolkets möjligheter att få åtkomst till patientuppgifterna oberoende av vårdställe och hemland. Förordningen gör det också lättare att utnyttja uppgifterna för forskning och beslutsfattande. EHDS är förkortningen för European Health Data Space, dvs. europeiska hälsodataområdet.
