  5. 24.2.2022 | The need for hospital care has remained at a high but stable level. It is recommended that everyone aged 18 years or over take a third vaccine dose. The epidemiological situation is still serious. For that reason, the focus will be on people’s own measures to prevent the spread of infections as the restrictions are eased.

  6. 17.2.2022 | Under de två senaste veckorna har epidemin stabiliserats. Nivån på behovet av sjukhusvård har fortfarande varit hög och belastningen på intensivvården är på samma nivå som förra veckan. Den tredje vaccindosen rekommenderas för alla 18 år fyllda och äldre, men särskilt viktig är den för de 60 år fyllda som hör till någon riskgrupp. I och med att restriktionerna blir lindrigare blir det allt viktigare att var och en själv försöker förhindra smittspridning.

  11. 9.7.2020 | The amendments made to the Communicable Diseases Act enable the development of a mobile application that helps break the chains of coronavirus (COVID-19) transmission more effectively. The Government submitted the bill amending the Communicable Diseases Act for approval and the President of the Republic approved the bill on Thursday 9 July. The Act amending the Communicable Diseases Act will enter into force on 31 August 2020.
