Mental Health Support Toolkit
A Mental Health Support Toolkit has been developed and published under the Mental Health at Work Programme. The Toolkit provides workplaces and occupational healthcare with easy-to-use tools for preventing mental health problems among working-age people and strengthening mental wellbeing. A working culture that supports mental wellbeing is made up of ordinary things such as effective interaction, addressing shortcomings, and well-functioning working practices.
The tools that have been assessed effective were developed in collaboration with workplaces, occupational healthcare providers and other relevant operators in working life. The Toolkit includes tools such as tests, games and calculators, and coaching and training. The tools can be used by proving support with individual tools or by introducing the entire Toolkit for everyday support in the workplace.
