Manifesto for mental health in the workplace
As for the long-term objectives of mental health support, the everyday practices of workplaces focus on supporting work ability both proactively and at the level of the work community. In a constantly changing world of work, good mental health in the workplace is seen as a success factor that needs to be strengthened by developing work and preventing problems.
A manifesto for mental health has been published under the Programme, and a large number of operators in Finnish working life are committed to it.
