Guidelines of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health for the prevention of coronavirus
This page contains decisions, official instructions, guidelines and recommendations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health concerning the coronavirus epidemic. Some of these were based on the Emergency Powers Act while others are based on other legislation, such as the Communicable Diseases Act and the Health Protection Act.
The state of emergency declared over the COVID-19 epidemic was lifted in Finland on 16 June 2020. After that, the decisions, official instructions, guidelines and recommendations issued under the Emergency Powers Act ceased to apply.
On this page, the instructions and guidelines are grouped under two subheadings according to whether they are in force until further notice or whether they are outdated.
