The Silver Economy Forum was organised in Helsinki on 9-10 July 2019. The forum brought together more than 600 experts and decision-makers to discuss the impacts and opportunities on ageing. The main message of the forum was that ageing should be taken into account in all societal planning and decision-making, as well as in business strategies.
The Forum was co-organised by the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Finland, Finance Finland and the Global Coalition on Aging (GCOA).
