Collective agreements - employment contracts
This refers to work contracts that bind employers to a minimum level of obligations with respect to employment agreements.
The Employment Contracts Act of 2001 defines these obligations. The law concerns employment contracts entered into by an employee (s), agreeing personally to work for an employer under the employer's direction and supervision in return for pay or some other form of remuneration.
The MSAH's Advisory Board for Ratification of the Validity of Collective Agreements confirms whether a national collective agreement is in force.
